Top Three Fastest KOs in UFC History!Posted by danb By now, you’ve all heard about BORN STRONGER fighter, Todd Duffee’s record setting KO at UFC 102. At just seven seconds, Duffee’s knockout of Tim Hague set the record for fastest KO in the history of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. But, it got us wondering. Prior to the record setting performance by Todd Duffee, who held the honor of having the fastest UFC knockout? We did some digging and found out. Here are the three fastest KO’s in the history of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. 3. ELEVEN SECONDS (tie) (BJ Penn KO’s Caol Uno at UFC 34 & Duane Ludwig KOs Jonathon Goulet at UFC Fight Night 3) While there doesn’t seem to be any video of the Ludwig/Goulet fight (Goulet probably had every tape in the arena destroyed), you can watch Penn deliver a beatdown to Caol Uno. As a bonus, we get to see what BJ looked like with hair back in the day. It’s been so long, most of us have forgotten! 2. EIGHT SECONDS (James Irvin knocks Houston Alexander into next week) In his UFC debuted barely, Houston Alexander needed only 48 seconds to knockout Keith Jardine Unfortunately for Houston, he was on the wrong side of a KO at UFC Fight Night 13 about a year later. Officially ruled a TKO, Alexander was clearly KO’ed no amount of pleading with the ref would have changed it. 1. SEVEN SECONDS (Todd Duffee sets the record over Tim Hague) Talk about a good way to make your UFC debut! At UFC 102 in Portland, Oregon BORN STRONGER fighter Todd Duffee needed just seven seconds to knockout heavy favorite Tim Hague. How big and strong is Duffee? The punch that floored Hague was only a jab! Photo courtesy of Sherdog.com |

Wow i guess everyone is lookin up to Todd Duffee for his next fight! he has great power, good luck in your nexts fights!
Incorrect
On mmaforum we have found other faster KOs. The Ludwig fight as you mentioned was stopped incorrectly at 11 seconds, it was 4 seconds in reality and should be considered #1. Here is a gif http://www.fightlinker.com/4-seconds.mma
Frye vs Ramirez was 8 seconds and Maynard vs Veres was 9 seconds.
