The Proper Diet Plan Takes Training To the Next LevelPosted by danb Sure, cardio, weight training and sparring are extremely important for MMA training. But equally important is a proper diet. Without a proper diet you’ll never have the energy to spar that extra round or run the extra mile. And, as you know, the ability to go further and longer is what separates you from the pack. There are tons of MMA diet plans out there. But J. Anderson, L. Young and S. Prior of Colorado State University prepared the best one we’ve seen. They’ve prepared a nice diet plan for mixed martial artists, triathlon athletes and a number of extreme sport enthusiasts. Check it out and let us know what you think. |
