By night she instructs a group of up to 22 people in the arts of Spirit Combat International ju-jitsu at South Walsham's village hall. In fact, she recently became the first woman to reach the level of seventh Dan in Spirit Combat International ju-jitsu.

At BORN STRONGER we know how hard it is to drag yourself to training every day. Imagine doing it at 77 years of age!
