Cool judo video.

We shared this video on YouTube a few days back and think it warrants a second look. While 99% of all mixed martial arts stars practice the big three aspects of the sport (wrestling, jiu-jitsu and striking) we feel most people still over look judo. Nothing stuns an opponent quite like getting violently tossed to the ground. Sure, some BJJ schools teach some basic judo throws but not nearly enough in our opinion.
