Video of viking warrior training.

I just heard that Spike TV's "Deadliest Warrior" will be returning to the air in July. That's great news around my house. I just can't get enough of those faux Shaka Zulu vs. William Wallace duels to the death.

Anyway, after looking at some "Deadliest Warrior" clips on YouTube, I stumbled upon this Viking Warrior training video. I gotta' admit, it's something that might be fun trying.

Who knows? Maybe it will even help with MMA training in some odd way.
